Mr. Zhang Chengli has ceased to be the Wholetime Director w.e.f. close of business on 10th November, 2021 and has been appointed the Managing Director w.e.f. the 11th November, 2021

Mr. Wang Hongshan has ceased to be the Managing Director w.e.f. close of business on 10th November, 2021 while remaining on the Board as a Non-Executive Director from the 11th November, 2021.

Mr. Liang Jian has ceased to be the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. close of business on 30th June, 2020 while remaining on the Board as a Non-Executive Director from the 1st July, 2020.

Mr. Lan Zehai, has ceased to be the Chairman & Director of the Company with effect from the 10th January, 2020.

At an EGM held on the 6th March,2019 the following resolutions were passed by the shareholders: • Appointment of Mr. Lan Zehai as the Chairman & Director w. e. f. 6th March, 2019. • Appointment of Mr. Zhang Chengli as a Director of the Company w. e. f. 6th March, 2019. • Mr. Liang Jian elevated in the position of the Managing Director, effective from 1st April, 2019.
